These are the core beliefs I choose to practice and assist in my work with each client:
RESPECT: Many people engage in therapy for many different reasons and have different goals they would like to accomplish. You are the expert on you and your life and I will always have and show the utmost respect for this fact. My goal is to help you explore and find your strengths to assist in your growth and change to cope and overcome adversities.
FLEXIBILITY: Each client is unique and therapy with me will be tailored to meet your individual needs. We, as a team, will figure out how therapy will look and how we will accomplish your treatment needs/goals.
HARMONY: It is a must that we vibe in order for therapy to work. When I say vibe, I mean that we are able to establish a therapeutic rapport. You feel safe, comfortable, and are able to trust me with your most sacred and personal information. I am a compassionate and empathetic person. My approach is informal and relaxed. I strive to provide a space where you feel safe to be yourself, without fear of judgment. This will allow us to ensure its a good fit and if it isn't I can make referrals to ensure you are matched with a therapist that can meet your needs.
